The first Real Estate Club meeting of 2010 to be held on Thursday, January 28 at 7:00pm at the Pyle Center.

The first speaker of the year will be David Bossy of Mid-America Development Partners. 

David P. Bossy is chairman of Mid-America Development Partners, a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in retail and shopping center development.

With Michael D. Firsel, he founded the company in 2001, following a 25-year career as one of Chicagoland’s most successful retail real estate brokers.

During that period, he spent six years with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate, leaving in 1984 to establish Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, pioneers in retail tenant brokerage that has represented more than 100 national and regional chains. In 1992, he co-founded Mid-America Asset Management Company, which currently has a portfolio of 20 million square feet of retail centers.

For this meeting, the doors open at 6:30pm.  We look forward to seeing everyone on the 28th!
