Yesterday, Core Spaces welcomed REC members for a company presentation and hard hat tour of ōLiv Madison, their new 1,100-bed development on the corner of State Street and Gorham. This exciting opportunity allowed students to learn more about the zoning and approval process, unique design considerations for purpose-built student housing, and current Core Spaces projects in Madison. After that, Findorff walked students around the construction site to teach them more about the construction process. Thank you to Findorff Construction for the tour! And thank you to @CoreSpaces for your continued involvement with the Graaskamp Center - we love having alumni come back to campus!
