Forward Community Investments - Forward Community Investments makes loans and grants and provides advisory support to organizations, initiatives, and coalitions throughout Wisconsin driven by the mission to reduce racial disparities and achieve social justice. They provide these loans and services on terms that are more favorable than generally available in the commercial market. Their services are provided at the lowest possible cost and at a margin of profit that is below the market rate. In addition to providing favorable terms, they strive to bring added value to their clients through their expertise in non-profit strategy development, financial management, and governance.

WHEDA - WHEDA works closely with lenders, developers, local government, nonprofits, community groups, and others to implement its low-cost financing programs. Since 1972, WHEDA has financed more than 87,300 affordable rental units, helped more than 138,300 families purchase a home, and made more than 29,280 small business and agricultural loan guarantees.

WI Housing Preservation Corp - Since their inception in 2002, the Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corp. (WHPC) has acquired, developed and renovated over 158 affordable rental housing developments, which represent more than 8,444 family and senior units in Wisconsin. WHPC preserves affordable housing by acquiring properties and making improvements to these properties. These improvements benefit the community and state with higher Section 8 rents, better value, better management and increase a property’s energy efficiency by emphasizing the use of green materials, fewer water resources, and better technologies inside and out.

Cinnaire - Cinnaire is a nonprofit community development financial organization that invests in people and places to transform communities through capital investments and development solutions. We believe that every community needs affordable housing and economic development in order to thrive.
