Turnstone Group - Turnstone Group, which was established in 2001, focuses on making real estate and real estate-related investments in the United States. They seek to capitalize on opportunities created by the prevailing economic trends as well as the associated fundamental market dislocations found in various real estate-related markets and securities.

New Year Investments - New Year Investments, which was founded in 2019, is a boutique real estate development and brokerage firm located in Downtown Madison, Wisconsin. They focus on the creation of thoughtfully-designed, mixed-use, urban infill properties.
